Error code 294

You will see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2022 tax software if, when entering your mailing address on the Your mailing address page, you entered invalid characters in the Street number field:

The street number you entered doesn't seem to be valid. Street numbers can only contain numbers, letters, spaces, and slashes. [error code: 294]

 

How do I fix this?

To correct this error, enter your street number in the Street number field of the Your mailing address page using only the following characters:

• Numbers
• Combination of numbers and letters
• Spaces
• Forward slashes
