Error code 601

You will see the following error message in H&R Block’s 2022 tax software if on the Statement of employment expenses (T777 & T777S) page, you didn’t enter the date when you stopped working from home:

You need to enter a date for the end of the period you worked from home in 2022. [error code: 601]

 

How do I fix this?

To fix this error, return to the T777/T777S page and under the Your home office expenses section, enter the date you stopped working from home in the following field:

• End of the period you worked from home in 2022
